Terms & Conditions
- Enrollment:
Enrollment is confirmed only after full fee payment and sharing of payment proof. - Program Schedule:
We reserve the right to modify class schedules, faculty assignments, and course outlines with prior notice. - Code of Conduct:
Students are expected to maintain respectful behavior during classes. The academy reserves the right to take disciplinary action in case of misconduct. - Use of Material:
All course materials, notes, recordings, and intellectual property shared during the course are the property of Pakistan MRCEM Academy and must not be reproduced, sold, or distributed without written consent. - Communication:
Official communications will be made via registered email addresses or official WhatsApp groups.

Our
Refund Policy
- Course Cancellation by Academy:
If Pakistan MRCEM Academy cancels a course or program for any reason, the full fees paid will be refunded to the candidate. - Student Withdrawal:
If a student wishes to withdraw before the course start date, a refund request can be considered with a deduction of administrative charges (10% of the course fee). No refund will be provided after the commencement of classes. - Non-Attendance:
Failure to attend classes without official withdrawal notice will not be eligible for a refund. - Special Note:
Refunds (where applicable) will be processed within 14 working days after approval.
