Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Attended a very helpful session on Upper Limb Anatomy and MCQs by Dr Rida Rana. It covered key muscles of the chest (pectoralis major/minor), back (trapezius, latissimus dorsi), arm (biceps, triceps), forearm (flexor and extensor groups), and hand (thenar, hypothenar, lumbricals, interossei) along with their nerve and blood supply. Important nerve supply revision included: Median nerve most forearm flexors, thenar muscles, lateral 2 lumbricals Ulnar nerve interossei, adductor pollicis, medial lumbricals Radial nerve extensors of arm and forearm Also revised the clinical relevance of upper limb dermatomes. A concise, high yield session very beneficial for MRCEM Primary preparation and a great initiative for LGEM trainees.
